A focused newsletter on Test cricket, for people who follow all five days
When something happens
After each day's play in a Test match: the close-of-play score and the session that decided it, one standout performance, what a finished Test means for the series, and team news ahead of the next one. For a fan who follows the full five days, not just the result.
Not T20 and white-ball cricket unless a player's form there is relevant to Test selection, not domestic first-class cricket outside a Test series build-up, not betting odds and fantasy cricket tips, not off-field administrative disputes with no cricket news in them.
Where the news comes from: ESPNcricinfo, ICC news, BBC Sport: cricket, The Guardian: cricket, Wisden.
Nobody gets this one yet. It starts when you do.
