A focused newsletter on Linux desktops and window managers, for people who use Linux every day
Weekly
Once a week: a distribution or desktop environment release with the headline changes, a kernel or driver change that affects desktop hardware, what broke and how it was fixed, and one setup worth copying. For someone who already runs Linux every day, not for someone deciding whether to switch.
Not distribution flame wars, not server or cloud Linux news with no desktop angle, not beginner installation guides, not command-line tip listicles with nothing new in them.
Where the news comes from: Phoronix, Fedora Magazine, Ubuntu blog, It's FOSS, OMG! Ubuntu.
Nobody gets this one yet. It starts when you do.
