A focused newsletter on sky events and telescope gear, for people who go out at night
Monthly
Once a month: the sky events worth setting an alarm for, with dates and times, new telescopes and cameras with prices, one or two images worth seeing and what took them, and anything that changes where people observe from. For someone who goes outside with a telescope or a camera, not for astrophysics.
Not cosmology and astrophysics papers with nothing to observe, not space mission news better followed under spaceflight itself, not affiliate best-of lists for telescopes, not zodiac and astrology content.
Where the news comes from: EarthSky, NASA: Astronomy Picture of the Day, Space.com, NASA skywatching, Astronomy Magazine, In-The-Sky.org.
Nobody gets this one yet. It starts when you do.
