A focused newsletter on fantasy and science fiction books, for people who read a lot of it
Weekly
Once a week: books published this Tuesday with the author and publisher, the genre press's verdict on a release, award longlists and wins as they are announced, and one backlist title worth a first read. Written for someone who reads a lot of it, not for a casual browser.
Not author personal-life stories unrelated to a book, not publisher marketing copy repeated as a review, not unrelated film or television adaptation gossip with no book news, not self-published-market commentary with no specific title behind it.
Where the news comes from: Reactor, Locus, SFWA, news, File 770, Nerds of a Feather.
Nobody gets this one yet. It starts when you do.
